1. Use of the Platform
Open Gym is an event registration and management platform for athletes and their parents. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The opngm SMS program sends event reminders and related notifications to registered Open Gym users who have opted in to receive text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages when events are created, updated, or approaching. We will not send more messages than are reasonably necessary to keep you informed about your registered events.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your service plan. Open Gym does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Open Gym platform.

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us through the Open Gym platform. You can also visit our Privacy Policy for information on how your data is used.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or on all carriers.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must be invited to register for Open Gym. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to keep your account information up to date.
Parents who register athlete accounts on behalf of minors represent that they have the authority to do so and consent to these Terms on the athlete’s behalf.
4. Event Registration
Event availability is subject to capacity limits set by the organizer. Open Gym does not guarantee placement in any event. Registration may be cancelled or modified by the organizer at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Share your account credentials with others
- Provide false or misleading information during registration
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Open Gym is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Gym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or participation in any event.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.
