1. Use of the Platform

OpnGm is an event registration and management platform for athletes and their parents. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. SMS Messaging Program (OpnGm Alerts)

By providing your mobile number and completing the opt-in process during registration, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from OpnGm. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform.

Program Description: The OpnGm SMS program sends event reminders, schedule updates (e.g., gym cancellations), and registration confirmations to registered users.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and registered events.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. OpnGm does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message.
Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us through the OpnGm platform.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Your mobile information is used solely for providing the administrative services described in Section 2.

"No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties."

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging is provided on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas.

4. Accounts

Registration is by invitation. Parents registering for minors represent they have legal authority and consent to these Terms on the minor's behalf.

5. Liability

OpnGm is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use or event participation.
