We collect the following personal information to facilitate youth sports event management:

Full Name and Email Address
Mobile Phone Number (for SMS-enabled accounts)
Role (Parent/Athlete) and Event Registration data

2. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

A2P Compliance Clause:

"Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties."

We may share data with service providers (such as email or SMS delivery services) only as necessary to provide the OpnGm service. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

3. SMS Messaging & Opt-In

If you opt in to receive SMS alerts, we use your number solely for transactional notifications (reminders, gym changes, and registration confirmations). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using OpnGm. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Children's Privacy

OpnGm is designed for use by parents. Athlete accounts for minors are managed exclusively by a parent or guardian who provides consent on the minor's behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
